Our Ayurvedic Practitioner will diagnose what your constitution is, your dominate Dosha and tailor your Facial, delivering benefits to your total health and wellbeing. Includes a marma point massage utilising an ancient Kansa Wand, made from Bronze, which is an ancient healing metal in Ayurveda.
The treatments continues with Abyanga Deep Tissue full body Massage, focusing on the back, neck, head & shoulders, with warmed Ayurvedic Herbal Oils & dosha specific essential oils.
Concludes with a revitalising and detoxifying herbal steam in our handcrafted Shanti Steam Box, to leave you feeling blissful and rejuvenated.
Followed by an Ayurvedic Seasonal Lunch, specifically designed for your seasonal imbalances.
