It requires no plumbing or professional installation
and is heated by our 2000W "Hero" Steam Evaporator which has a range of 16 levels of temperature settings for your comfort.
You choose from our two product colours to suit your interior design;
TERRA- Natural Wood or ONYX- Marble Black
All our Shanti Steam Boxes are handcrafted and made to order- and may take up to 12 weeks to be handcrafted.

Nine handcrafted wooden panels, easy assembly guide & (assembly film clip emailed), Shanti care instruction pamphlet,
1 x 2000V 4 litre Evaporator Machine with herb box & Chamois for wiping down after use.

Air Freight Delivery:
We send worldwide with our courier partners Pack & Send
(DHL & FedEx) with tracking link sent.
Please NOTE: For local customers we do offer a pick up free service from our Port Elliot Studio.
Australian Major City Delivery information:
Our Standard delivery is to your local Metropolitan Pack & Send Depot. The three boxes will fit into a SUV or 4 wheel drive cars with the passenger seats down and will require two adults to transport.
** Door to Door is available for an additional fee to Australian Metro City addresses- email us to arrange a quote.

Refund & Warranty Policy:
As all Shanti Steam boxes are bespoke & made to order your purchase is non- refundable due to change of mind or late delivery due to logistics.
We offer a 3-month craftsmen warranty - for craftsmen faults on your Shanti Steam Boxes and 12 month warranty on evaporator unit.
Please contact us at hello@shantisteambox.com within seven (7) days of your shanti being delivered. And products must be returned 100% complete, in brand new condition ie- not been used or operated at all, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to not refund in full if the these conditions are not adhered too.
