12. Refund Policy.

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us at hello@shantisteambox.com within fourteen (14) days of your shanti being delivered. And products must be returned 100% complete, in brand new condition ie- not been used or operated at all, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to not refund in full if the these conditions are not met. 

In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. Only the return freight for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by us.
